TRUDY McKILL
School Administrator

Trudy joins us after a long career owning her own business in the human resource field. A life long animal lover who has owned various pets from Ragdoll cats to Newfoundland dogs, Trudy is here to share her knowledge of customer service, presentation, & professionalism with you. As our school administrator, Trudy can assist you with an aspect of your twelve weeks here at The Fur Institute.

KRISTA CASTELLARIN
Founder

As a well known business woman in the Las Vegas area for almost ten years, Krista knows how to build a career in a field you love. Attending the Fur Institute is physically and intellectually demanding- our students are held to the highest standards and are encouraged to take full advantage of the opportunity they have at hand. Krista's years of experience are the foundation for the start of your career and the one on one business planning time you will receive with her as a student will be invaluable as a graduate once you are establishing yourself in this very competitive industry.

Krista is featured on Animal Planet's hit show, Groomer Has It Season 2, as the first Canadian contestant. She is also featured on the cover of Canadian Groomer Summer 2009, and is honored as one of the Edmontonian's Sizzling 20 Businesspeople Under 30.

DWAYNE CASTELLARIN
Certified Professional Pet Stylist, CFMG, CFCG, Certifier for NCGIA, Certified Instructor

Dwayne is a certifier with the National Cat Groomers Institute of America and specializes in feline grooming. Using only the finest spa quality products designed specifically for felines and his own feline master grooming experience, Dwayne is able to create a relaxed, calm environment that results in the most beautiful finished product you have ever laid eyes on. Trained with the National Cat Groomers Association in the United States & apprenticed under some of the most experienced feline master groomers in the industry, Dwayne brings his passion & talent for feline grooming to you.

Dwayne was the first certified feline master groomer in Canada and is a certifier for the National Cat Groomers Institute of America, proudly certifying feline groomers at conferences throughout North America.

LIZ DUSSAULT
Certified Professional Pet Stylist, Certified Grooming Instructor

After over 11 years at a large retail grooming facility in the Edmonton area, Liz has joined our fabulous team as both a master professional pet stylist and certified professional pet stylist instructor. Liz is well known in the Edmonton area for her scissor mastery, professionalism, and attention to detail. No matter if your beloved furball is a gourmet mix or a true blue pure bred, Liz has the talent to create the style you desire.

JOHN DIXON
Certified Professional Pet Stylist, Certified Grooming Instructor

John Dixon joined the Fabulous Furballs and Fur Institute family after having graduated top of his class from The Fur Institute program. John’s diverse background in education and aesthetics have combined to create a first class finish that has won over customers. It is not unlike John to serenade his fabulous furball clients with songs ranging from Opera to Aerosmith.

Customer Service
