Typically, Krista prefers to come into your shop and spend the day with you & your team, so that she can see first hand your market, your staff, and the challenges you may be facing. After that day, she builds a 90 day coaching plan with you, so that you have clearly set goals & solutions to your challenges. Each week throughout this 90 days, Krista has a one hour telephone coaching session with you to ensure you are staying on track and to trouble shoot any complications to the plan.
